Recently,Suzhou Aijie Boya Bioelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aijie Boya”), a pioneer in comprehensive domestic solutions for separation and purification, announced the completion of its Series B financing round, raising nearly RMB 100 million. The round was co-led by Jiarui Investment and Cowin Capital, with participation from Yuanhe Holdings, Haitang Fund, Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Innovation Fund, and Chouqin Capital. Notably, Cowin Capital and Yuanhe Holdings, existing investors from the Series A round, continued their support with follow-on investments. The funds raised in this round will continue to be used for Aijie Boya’s industrial chain layout and dual-brand promotion, accelerating the establishment of Aijie Boya’s comprehensive drug separation and purification solutions and its automated platform for clinical mass spectrometry sample pretreatment.

Dr. Wang Qunjie, Chairman of Aijie Boya, stated: “We are deeply grateful for the affirmation and support from both new and old friends in the investment community. China’s biopharmaceutical industry is rapidly advancing toward high-quality, large-scale development, with intelligent, automated, smart, and networked infrastructure serving as critical foundational support for this growth. Aligning with Aijie Boya’s corporate mission—‘Leading Industry ‘Connections’ through Technology, and Driving Pharmaceutical ‘Intelligent Manufacturing’ through Innovation’—we hope that our comprehensive drug separation and purification solutions (including Bonnasil preparative chromatography resins, SmartPurifier laboratory-to-Seepure industrial-scale separation and purification liquid chromatography systems, process development services, etc.) and our automated clinical mass spectrometry sample pretreatment solutions (such as Bonnacats-MS/MA magnetic extraction materials, AUTO Y32/AUTO M32 fully automated sample pretreatment systems, Air plate P96 positive-pressure solid-phase extraction instruments, and Air plate N96 nitrogen blow-down concentrators) will provide stronger momentum for achieving breakthroughs in the localization of the domestic biopharmaceutical supply chain, thereby facilitating the integration of biopharmaceutical processes and engineering into the global arena. Currently, Aijie Boya is rapidly advancing the localization of materials for key areas such as nucleic acid drugs, peptides, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). In the longer term, the company will expand into broader application fields based on its core technologies in personalized extraction automation and industrial separation and purification automation, thereby achieving more original innovations.”

Aijie Boya was founded by Dr. Wang Qunjie, a Jiangsu Province “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation” talent. The company is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park. It operates under the dual brands “Aijie Boya” and “Boyun Bio.” Leveraging separation materials, fluidic automation technology, and online detection technology, the company is dedicated to the development of new materials and automated systems for the biopharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, and food testing sectors.

Aijie Boya provides comprehensive, end-to-end process solutions for its clients and has independently developed and manufactured Bonnasil high-purity silica-based industrial chromatography separation media.

From the SmartPurifier laboratory to Seepure’s fully equipped industrial automated purification systems, we offer comprehensive solutions. Our independently developed and manufactured mSPE (magnetic solid-phase extraction) technology and products for fully automated magnetic bead extraction have assisted numerous institutions in applying for clinical mass spectrometry testing products and projects targeting “catecholamine metabolites,” “hormones,” and “vitamins.” To date, several institutions have successfully completed their applications and obtained relevant qualifications and certifications.
