At the year-end review, the VB100 List Organizing Committee will leverage the 2023 Future Healthcare Equity Investment Forum to innovatively design an equity investment selection event in the healthcare sector, building upon the existing Top 100 framework—specifically the Pengcheng Award for investment institutions and the Weilan Award for investors.A one-month call for nominations and research initiative will be conducted targeting various equity investment institutions that invest in, serve, and empower the high-quality development of China’s domestic healthcare industry. Leveraging detailed, vivid, and specific primary research data, we aim to identify the “Top 100 Most Resilient and Dynamic Healthcare Investors in China.” During the research process, we will also simultaneously select the most representative cases of investment, exit, and empowerment for the year.
This selection event features three categories of awards: the “2023 Future Healthcare Equity Investment Top 100 Individuals,” the “2023 Future Healthcare Best Equity Investment Cases” (including Best Investment Performance Case, Best Exit Performance Case, and Best Value-Add Performance Case), and the “2023 Future Healthcare Most Popular Equity Investment Firm.”
*Note: The selection for the "2023 Most Popular Equity Investment Institutions in Future Healthcare" will be conducted through nominations by the organizing committee and industry voting. The process is scheduled to officially launch in late October. Stay tuned.*
Eligibility Criteria
1. The candidate must be the head of their institution, or the head of investment and team in the healthcare sector at their institution;
2. The candidate has led representative investment cases during their personal investment career (limited to the healthcare sector);
3. The candidate led three or more investments in the primary healthcare market in 2023;
4. The candidate has a good reputation;
5. Each institution may recommend a maximum of three candidates for the selection process.
