China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the most authoritative and influential national-level competition in China, jointly guided and organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, the Cyberspace Administration of China, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Centered on enhancing enterprises’ technological innovation and achievement transformation capabilities, the competition supports businesses in tackling key core technologies and helps improve the level of scientific and technological achievement transformation and industrial modernization. Over the past 12 years since its inception, the competition has attracted more than 320,000 participating enterprises and teams, leveraged over RMB 100 billion in financial capital investment into participant companies, and helped more than 200 participating entities successfully go public.
According to reports, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group has hosted four editions of the Special Competition for Integration of Large, Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises under the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, focusing on areas such as intelligent precision medicine, proactive health, and digital healthcare, cumulatively serving over 1,000 enterprises and teams. For this competition, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group is guided by the industrial demands of digital health management, integrating its medical expertise and extensive health checkup data experience, with the aim of collaborating with industry partners in computing power, model technologies, and application layers to jointly iterate and optimize large models for the health management sector.
The Organizing Committee stated that, as a leading enterprise in preventive medicine, Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group has been advancing its digital strategic layout. For health checkup clients, Meinian Onehealth plans to develop and introduce products and services such as AI health consultations, AI-powered interpretation of health checkup reports, AI health insurance, AI mental health companionship, and AI virtual health managers. These initiatives aim to comprehensively enhance service quality and customer experience, meet customers’ holistic, full-lifecycle health management needs, and establish a new paradigm for digital health management in the era of large language models. For internal employees, the company will develop and introduce a series of AI productivity tools, creating AI Copilots for teams including sales, customer service, chief examining physicians, and health managers. This approach ensures the practical implementation of AI within the industry, driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements for both Meinian Onehealth and the entire health checkup sector.
Therefore, in this competition, Meinian Onehealth has established the track “Development of an Intelligent Chief Examiner System Based on the Meizhi Checkup Large Model” to address the application needs of large models in the health management industry. It provides participating teams with robust industry-specific large model capabilities, high-quality datasets, and a foundational platform. Leveraging de-identified checkup datasets, teams can develop large models and design systems tailored to the requirements and pain points of chief examiner report writing. Winning teams will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects with Meinian Onehealth Group, jointly building a large-model-based system for generating chief examiner reports and enabling intelligent chief examination.
It is reported that the competition has received registrations from enterprises in 24 regions, including Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, and Zhejiang. The innovative projects encompass technical products and solutions such as AI-assisted diagnosis and treatment, large language models for the healthcare industry, medical service applications, and drug R&D. These initiatives address key technological challenges, including intelligent physical examination and diagnostic robots, ultra-long-term cardiac monitoring, intelligent ultrasound robots, chronic kidney disease screening and digital therapeutics, and large-scale AI models for medical diagnosis.
Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group operates over 600 medical and health examination centers, providing professional and precise health checkup services to 30 million people annually. With a cumulative service volume of nearly 200 million visits, the group has amassed extensive and precise health data and research reports, establishing a standardized, high-quality medical service network across China. In April this year, Meinian Onehealth, in collaboration with the Meinian Public Health Research Institute of Peking University Health Science Center, jointly released the *Meinian Onehealth 2022 Annual Health Examination Big Data Blue Book*. Based on a sample size of 16.47 million individuals and covering all 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China, it represents the largest and most geographically comprehensive health examination database for healthy individuals, encompassing multiple ethnic groups. Meinian Onehealth’s vast pool of health data facilitates the construction of a big data ecosystem for health, empowers a cohort of closely related upstream and downstream unicorn enterprises, and supports the development of an AI platform for the broader health industry, thereby progressively realizing its “All-in Digitalization” strategic layout.

The organizing committee also stated that Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group will invite top-tier investment firms and AI experts to serve as judges in this competition. Winning teams will have the opportunity to receive venture capital investment from Meinian Onehealth, along with access to extensive health examination data resources and empowerment through application scenarios at its health checkup centers. To date, financial and professional service institutions including SDIC High-Tech Industry Investment Corporation, CICC Capital, Mercer Consulting, Tianyuan Law Firm, Haitong Securities, Gaohua Securities, Walden International, Tsinghua Holdings Ginkgo, Qingsong Capital, Puhua Capital, Boyuan Capital, Qiming Venture Partners, Fortune Capital, Cowin Capital, CSC Financial Capital, and CMB International Capital have all expressed their intention to participate in project evaluations, roadshows, and other investment and financing activities associated with the competition.
