• You are“CEO, core founder, or actual controller of outstanding sci-tech innovation enterprises/projects” , and your project falls within the following fields:industries such as integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals and medical devices, intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, artificial intelligence, and new materials.

• Currently, the project is roughly at the following stage:Early-stage projects with financing not exceeding Series A (inclusive); the enterprise has not yet been established but is to be established imminently to facilitate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, or the enterprise has already been established for no more than three years in principle.

• We also look forward to your project:Belonging to the category of "hard tech" projects, it occupies the upstreammost position in the industrial chain, the highest end of the value chain, and the foundational layer of the technological system. It possesses key core technologies and critical bottleneck-breaking technologies, ranking in the first tier or demonstrating the potential to enter the first tier within its niche sector.
