Jacobio Appoints Dr. Chen Yan as Vice President of CMC to Advance Small Molecule and xADC Platforms

May 13Jacobio Pharmaceuticals announced that Dr. Chen Yan has officially joined the company as Vice President of CMC, responsible for the scale-up and optimization of synthetic processes for the company's research projects, as well as CMC-related work for product launches.

Dr. Chen Yan graduated from Tianjin University with a Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry.With 15 years of experience in the CMC field, having a deep understanding of the CMC development process for small molecule drugs and various novel drug modalities.

Before joining Jacobio,Chen YanOnce inPORTONResponsible for process development and having held positions at BioDuro(Beijing)Co.,Ltd. and GSK, led the R&D, production, and registration of multiple projects. Accumulated extensive experience in CMC system construction, process development, scale-up production, and regulatory submission.
