This competition is hosted by the Administrative Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park, the Suzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Suzhou Federation of Trade Unions; organized by the Organization Department of the Working Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park, the Federation of Trade Unions of Suzhou Industrial Park, the Working Committee of the Communist Youth League of Suzhou Industrial Park, and the Human Resources Management Service Center of Suzhou Industrial Park; co-organized by Suzhou Biotop Biotechnology Service Co., Ltd.; and specially supported by Agilent Technologies (China) Co., Ltd. and the Suzhou Industrial Park Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Promotion Association.

Innovation is the primary driving force, and talent is the most vital resource. The open and inclusive industrial park has struck a resounding chord in gathering talent and empowering high-quality development, accumulating strong momentum to promote the integration of industry and talent and to bolster innovation-driven growth.
At the launch ceremony, Chen Hua, Director of the Park’s Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Deputy Director of the Competition Organizing Committee, delivered an inspiring address. She stated that biomedicine is a strategic emerging industry that the park has consistently prioritized and cultivated. The park has always aligned talent development with reform and opening-up, evolving into a “talent paradise” through its talent attraction philosophy, supportive policies, flexible mobility mechanisms, and off-site talent hubs. As a national competition focused on laboratory skills within the biopharmaceutical industry, the Jinji Lake Skills Invitational provides a platform for exchange and demonstration for biopharmaceutical technical professionals in the park. By promoting training through competition, it fosters enduring momentum for the mutual reinforcement of high-skilled talent development and high-quality growth, thereby driving the vigorous development of the biopharmaceutical industry!
