From November 16 to 19, the annual national radiology conference in China—the Chinese Congress of Radiology (CCR2023)—was grandly held at the Suzhou International Expo Center. Radiology professionals, researchers, and industry vendors from around the world gathered in Suzhou to exchange insights on the latest advances in radiology.Guided by the concept of “High-Quality Development,” this congress adopts “Empowering County-Level Healthcare for High-Quality Growth” as its theme, aiming to establish an international academic platform for multidisciplinary integration and innovative advancement in medical imaging.
As a global leader in AI-driven healthcare technology, Infervision was once again invited to participate in the CCR this year, where it globally launched several flagship new products, including the “Intelligent Imaging Solution for Chest Pain,” the “Intelligent Solution for Pulmonary Diseases (MDT Version),” and the “Smart Service Platform for Radiology Technologists.” These innovations are designed to facilitate the widespread adoption and high-quality development of intelligent diagnosis and treatment for major diseases affecting the chest, lungs, heart, and brain.
Infervision Co-Founder and General Manager Wang Shaokang delivered a speech, noting that Infervision has participated in the Chinese Congress of Radiology (CCR) for seven consecutive years. He expressed great pleasure at reuniting in person with both new and old friends. In 2016, Infervision launched China’s first AI solution for pulmonary nodule detection, starting by assisting in the screening of dozens of patients per day. With a vision for the future and a grounded approach, the company progressed steadily step by step. Seven years later, Infervision has established in-depth collaborations with medical institutions across 25 countries worldwide, and its AI solutions are now used in over 100,000 cases daily, marking a leapfrog development! Beyond imaging diagnosis, Infervision has also delivered an “excellent hospital-wide performance” in clinical treatment, education and training, scientific research, and health informatics, leading the future innovation of AI-driven healthcare in China!
Pioneering New Pathways in Chest Pain Diagnosis and Treatment: Intelligent Imaging Solutions for Chest Pain
Intelligent Imaging: Everything at a Glance
The “Report on Cardiovascular Health and Diseases in China 2021,” released by the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, shows that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among both urban and rural residents in China. The economic burden imposed by cardiovascular disease on individuals and society is increasingly severe, making it a major public health issue.
Infervision’s Intelligent Cardiovascular Solution is designed to assist physicians in providing rapid, precise, and comprehensive care for patients with chest pain. The solution encompasses an Intelligent Coronary CTA Assessment System, an Intelligent Aortic CTA Assessment System, and an Intelligent Pulmonary Embolism Assessment System. Building upon CT imaging examinations, it delivers one-stop automated post-processing, intelligent lesion detection and quantification, smart film layout, and structured reporting for three high-risk chest pain scenarios. This supports physicians in achieving rapid image interpretation, swift acquisition of quantitative lesion data, and multidisciplinary consultations.Reduce traditional image post-processing time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes, streamline the diagnostic and treatment workflow for patients with acute chest pain, and thereby reduce mortality.
Infervision’s Coronary CT Angiography Image Vessel Stenosis Auxiliary Assessment Software has officially received Class III Medical Device Registration Certificate from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China, for use in auxiliary triage assessment of coronary CTA. Furthermore,The approval carries no post-marketing additional conditions; the product demonstrates superior generalization capabilities and is compatible with equipment from various brands across hospitals of all levels.
Infervision’s Coronary CT Angiography Vessel Stenosis Auxiliary Assessment Software has passed a multicenter, retrospective clinical trial led by Jiangsu Province People’s Hospital. The trial results demonstrate that the software exhibits excellent performance in the auxiliary assessment of obstructive coronary stenosis. It provides more precise AI-based imaging assistance, significantly reduces reconstruction and image interpretation time, and offers substantial clinical value.
AI-Empowered Intelligent Solution for the Full Clinical Cycle of Screening, Diagnosis, Treatment, and Management of Pulmonary Diseases (MDT Version)
Smart Imaging: A Comprehensive Overview
With the implementation of early lung cancer screening and the adoption of patient-centered multidisciplinary team (MDT) diagnosis and treatment models for lung cancer, radiologists have moved from behind the scenes to the forefront, facing numerous new challenges.
In the field of AI-assisted chest diagnosis, Infervision has secured Class III NMPA certifications for pulmonary nodule detection, target reconstruction, chest fracture detection, and pneumonia diagnosis, achieving a "golden quartet" of chest solutions that enables comprehensive multi-disease screening in China. Notably, this represents the world’s first and only Class III NMPA-certified AI product for pulmonary nodule target reconstruction, as well as China’s first Class III NMPA certification for AI-based detection of multiple types of chest fractures. The solution covers the entire clinical pathway: automated pulmonary nodule detection for screening; target reconstruction for auxiliary diagnosis; 3D reconstruction for surgical planning in precision lung cancer treatment; and follow-up and management protocols for nodule monitoring. We aim to create a comprehensive solution spanning the full cycle of lung cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management, driving automation and intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases to support the high-quality development of hospitals.
Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, in partnership with Infervision, has taken the lead in launching a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment program for intelligent diagnosis and whole-course management of pulmonary nodules. The initiative aims to provide patients with a one-stop, end-to-end service encompassing precise early cancer screening, minimally invasive thoracic surgery, and follow-up and management for individuals with pulmonary nodules. The MDT outpatient clinic will bring together renowned experts from respiratory medicine, thoracic surgery, oncology, and radiology to form a multidisciplinary team. Leveraging artificial intelligence technology, it will introduce novel AI-based methods for pulmonary nodule analysis and target reconstruction, enabling precise diagnosis and management of pulmonary nodules and alleviating patients’ anxiety about these findings.
Smart Management for Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement: Intelligent Service Platform for Radiology and Medical Technology
Intelligent Management for Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement
With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous updating of medical equipment, the scope of work in radiology departments has become increasingly diverse, and clinical demands continue to rise, imposing higher requirements on the management and work efficiency of radiology personnel. How to improve quality control and management of radiology department operations under new models, establish refined management, and enhance work efficiency are challenges that every hospital must address.
Infervision Radiology Technology Smart Service Platform, featuring modules such as digitalized business workflows, visualized data dashboards, AI-based imaging quality control, equipment efficiency analysis, intelligent report distribution, mobile cockpit, and performance management system, to help hospitals achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in management.

Additionally, the InferScholar AI training platform and the AI-4D visualization solution were also showcased. InferScholar integrates data management, ROI delineation, omics research, and deep learning into a unified system. Its entire workflow features a visual interface that requires no programming expertise, aiming to empower every physician to become an AI scientist.
Infervision’s AI-4D solution leverages deep learning and image recognition technologies to automatically reconstruct 2D medical images into 3D volumetric representations, enabling physicians to rapidly and accurately access rich, multidimensional information on lesions and anatomy. By identifying and modeling CT medical images, it constructs digital twin 3D models of multiple thoracic and abdominal organs, thereby assisting physicians in precise diagnosis and treatment.
