“Great times call for a grand vision; a new future demands transformative change.” Building on the foundation laid by the first three phases of activities, the Haikuo Tiancheng Club has establishedA teaching-learning synergy system centered on one-on-one mentorship and real-world case simulations, supported by online and offline seminars as well as in-person study tours.
Facing the “New Future,” Phase IV activities will place greater emphasis on “Science” and “Business,” driven by these two pillars.。We have also restructured our original four focus areas—clinical, business development (BD), investment, and management—into three core pillars anchored in management: R&D, commercialization, and investment. (Entrepreneurial participants are still welcome to apply.)

Registration and Supervisor Selection
Basic Eligibility Requirements for Enrollment
The Phase IV program is open to the entire biopharmaceutical community. Applicants must fully meet eligibility criteria 1–3 and at least one of criteria 4–6. Registration details are as follows:
1. Graduated from a 985/211 university or a renowned overseas university;
2. Ensure at least two full days on weekends each month are dedicated to participating in activities or studying;
3. Strong self-drive, diligent in thinking, and courageous in asking questions;
4. Relevant majors in biomedicine and three or more years of industry work experience;
5. Or possess over five years of industry experience, even if not majoring in biopharmaceuticals or related fields;
6. Or have already started a business;

Guide to Selecting a Mentor
This event focuses on three key areas: R&D, business, and investment (entrepreneurs are also welcome). With 21 mentoring advisors and 9 visiting mentors, we look forward to connecting with you!
1) Each candidate may select up to two preferred supervisors (who may be in different research areas) when registering;
2) Each mentor may supervise a maximum of two trainees, with selection based on interview performance;
3) As the number of mentees accepted by each mentor is limited and competition is intense, applicants are advised to carefully consider their strategies for selecting their first- and second-choice mentors.
Precautions
1. Duration and Cost of Phase IV:This campaign runs for 6–7 months., the club will collect on behalf of each student who successfully teams up with a mentor4,500 yuan event fee, the fees will be used to cover expenses related to catering, transportation, necessary venue rentals, and production materials required for the event, ensuring its high-quality execution. All mentors and staff members are providing pro bono services;
2. Enrollment Period for Participants: The enrollment period for participants isJanuary 22 - February 29, candidates who have successfully registered and advanced to the interview stage will receive an email notification;
3. Interview Arrangement: Interviews will be conducted primarily online, scheduled forFebruary 19 – March 22(with in-person interviews available if conditions permit), to reach a preliminary mentor-mentee matching intent;
The interview process consists of three stages: 1) Resume screening; 2) Operations team interview; 3) Mentor interview
4. Final Matching Completion: Trainees must attend the offline launch ceremony to complete the final matching.

Haikuo Tiancheng Club
High-Potential Talent Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to identifying and cultivating future leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry. It currently prioritizes the development of high-potential talents across four key domains: R&D, commercialization, investment, and management (entrepreneurship).
Under the guidance of senior industry mentors, the club aims to empower participants through diversified and systematic blended learning approaches. It aspires to cultivate a pipeline of leadership talent for the industry over the next 5–10 years, preparing them to assume diverse roles such as Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Business Officer (CBO), entrepreneur (professional manager), and distinguished investor, thereby making sustained contributions to the sector.
