Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692): Zeng Zhao Appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that Mr. Li Liangxian has resigned from his position as the company's joint company secretary due to personal work arrangements and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, nor as the authorized representative stipulated in Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong (Legal Process Agent), effective May 15, 2026.

Ms. Zhaoshu Zeng has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Service of Process, effective from May 15, 2026.
