Eligibility Requirements

1. The applicant must be legally established and operate in compliance with applicable laws, with no major regulatory violations or market penalties in the past three years. There shall be no negative reports concerning patent disputes, academic misconduct, or fabrication of clinical trial data.
2. Each applicant may submit up to three medical technology products, technologies, or solutions for evaluation.
3. Eligible products must have global market promotion potential or have already entered international markets. Products currently applying for international certifications such as CE and FDA meet the eligibility requirements.
5. In addition to self-submitted applications, the Organizing Committee will also select outstanding medical products (solutions) from previous VB-Find Award applications as supplements.
