This device can maintain hemodynamic stability by sustaining mean arterial pressure in a short period, unload the left ventricle by pumping blood from it into the aorta, thereby reducing left ventricular workload and actively increasing cardiac output, which can significantly improve patient survival rates.

Currently, Huanqing Medical’s investigational pVAD product has completed multiple animal studies and entered the clinical trial phase. Inclusion in the “Green Channel” will further accelerate the product’s market approval process, providing heart failure patients with a safer and more effective new treatment option.
