Details of the financing and business operations are as follows:

  1. Ona Therapeutics

    On June 5, the company completed an oversubscribed Series B financing round, raising $86.6 million. The company focuses on developing potential first-in-class antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), specializing in the treatment of drug-resistant cancers. The funds from this round will primarily be used to advance the clinical development of its breast cancer ADC candidate, ONA-255, and to initiate clinical studies for its colorectal cancer-targeting ADC candidate, ONA-389.

  2. NewLimit

    ImageOn June 4, the company secured $435 million in Series C financing. The company focuses on the research and development of anti-aging reprogramming drugs, leveraging epigenetic reprogramming technology to restore the function of aged cells. Its pipeline covers aging-related diseases, immune disorders, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular diseases, and more. Its liver reprogramming therapy can accelerate the repair of liver damage. The company plans to advance its anti-aging reprogramming drug into human clinical trials next year.

  3. HemaCell (Domestic Company)

    The financing took place on June 2, marking the completion of the second closing of its Series B round. The overall Series B financing amounted to nearly RMB 300 million, completed in two tranches within four months. The company specializes in blood-based products such as megakaryocyte and platelet injections, aiming to address issues like blood source shortages and transfusion-related diseases, while also developing novel platelet-derived therapeutics for age-related conditions. The funds will be used to advance multi-indication clinical trials for several injectable products. The company also plans to initiate a Pre-IPO financing round in 2026, establish production facilities, and expand manufacturing capacity.

  4. iRegene (Domestic Company)

  5. The financing was closed on June 1, with the completion of a C1 round totaling RMB 210 million. The company has established an “AI + chemically induced” technology platform, with its R&D pipeline focused on aging-related diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and diabetes. The proceeds from this round will be used to advance core clinical pipelines, upgrade the technology platform, build a large-scale production system, and lay out global clinical development and international commercial partnerships.
