Xiyuan Anjian Announces Completion of Over RMB 100 Million in Pre-A and Pre-A+ Financing to Advance Innovative Pain Management Therapies

Recently,Brise Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Brise Pharmaceuticals”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapeutic drugs in the field of pain management, officially announced the completion of its Pre-A and Pre-A+ financing rounds, raising over RMB 100 million. The rounds were co-led by Shunxi Fund under Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Center and Sherpa Healthcare Partners, with existing investors Qiming Venture Partners and BioTrack Capital increasing their stakes, and Zhongran Yijing and Wennai Pharmaceutical participating as follow-on investors. Start Point Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction. The proceeds will be used to advance Brise Pharmaceuticals’ product pipeline through preclinical and clinical development, particularly to accelerate the clinical trials of BR005, the first domestically developed CGRP-targeting small-molecule drug to enter clinical studies in China.
