With the steady advancement and implementation of a series of policies and regulations governing the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in China, universities and research institutes have entered a phase of stable development in this area. An increasing number of these institutions have established technology transfer offices tailored to their unique characteristics, dedicated to integrating diverse resources and actively promoting the translation and application of scientific and technological achievements through various mechanisms, including technology assignment, licensing, and equity investment based on valued contributions.
