Neusoft Xikang (09686.HK) announced in a release on June 28 that the Company’s English name has been changed from “Neusoft Xikang Holdings Inc.” to “Xikang Cloud Hospital Holdings Inc.,” and that its new Chinese name, “熙康云医院控股有限公司,” has been adopted in place of the existing Chinese name, “东软熙康控股有限公司.” The stock short name has been changed from “Neusoft Xikang” to “Xikang Cloud Hospital,” while the stock code remains unchanged.

The announcement stated that the company’s name change aims to more comprehensively reflect its business nature and industrial layout, accurately aligning with its future strategic direction.

Xikang Cloud Hospital, founded in 2011, has consistently adhered to a brand strategy centered on the “Cloud Hospital” for both industry and consumer markets, successfully creating China’s first city-based Cloud Hospital platform. By integrating medical service resources across various cities, the company has established a business model for its Urban Cloud Hospital Platform that closely connects local governments, healthcare institutions, patients, and insurance companies. Through this model, services have expanded from Cloud Hospital platform offerings to internet-based medical services and further to health management services, undoubtedly shaping a boundary-less digital healthcare ecosystem and accelerating the transformation of traditional healthcare delivery into an internet-enabled medical model. As the company’s business continues to grow, the “Cloud Hospital” has established strong brand influence and high recognition within the industry.

The change in the company’s name signals a continued expansion of its business landscape and a steady enhancement of its market competitiveness. Leveraging the widespread adoption and successful implementation of its cloud hospital platform, the company is vertically deepening its engagement in “specialty alliances” through “internet-based diagnosis and treatment,” while using “Internet + Nursing” as a key breakthrough to extend into other service areas such as integrated medical and elderly care. This positive development trajectory undoubtedly presents more attractive investment opportunities and greater growth potential for investors in the secondary market.
