Gathering in Tianjin on July 6: Join the Inaugural Forum on Clinical Implementation of Proteomics!

From the establishment of the proteomics research system to the grand launch of the “Human Proteome Navigation Project (π-Hub),” and further to its in-depth exploration in the field of human disease analysis, every technological innovation and breakthrough has injected momentum into the rapid development of proteomics. In April 2024, the project “Establishment of the Proteomics System,” led by Academician He Fuchu, took the lead in proposing and realizing a new paradigm of “proteomics-driven precision medicine.” It was included in the “Major Medical Achievements in China in the 21st Century,” highlighting that proteomics has become one of the few important disciplines in Chinese medicine and life sciences that have developed in step with international standards.

To deepen the deep integration of proteomics with clinical practice and break down the barriers to its clinical application,The Proteomics Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (CNHUPO), in collaboration with the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Clinical Multi-Omics, will grandly host a special forum on “Clinical Access of Proteomics” in Tianjin on July 6, 2024.

The forum will invite experts from across the industry chain—including translational research, clinical research, regulatory affairs and market access, medical device manufacturers, and industrial investment—to participate in a roundtable discussion centered on the core theme of “Clinical Access for Proteomics.” Through multidimensional analysis and unique perspectives, the panel will provide an in-depth examination of frontier advances in proteomics and the key challenges associated with its clinical application.
