The project covers an area of 57,800 square meters, with a total gross floor area of approximately 230,000 square meters, including approximately 150,000 square meters dedicated to high-standard factory buildings and R&D offices. The project has now been fully completed and delivered for use, becoming the first biomedical professional park in Longgang District to be delivered.
