Over 20 years of experience in the genetic engineering pharmaceuticals and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industries. Successfully obtained clinical trial approval for "Recombinant Human Interleukin-11" as a new drug and completed its technology transfer. Organized the application process and secured more than 70 registration certificates for Class II and Class III medical devices. A practitioner of multiple novel molecular diagnostic technologies; notably, the multiplex PCR capillary electrophoresis technology was included in the special program for the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, awarded the Second Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Preventive Medicine Science and Technology Award, and established as an industry group standard. The rapid PCR product received the Second Prize of the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement Award, while the microfluidic electrochemical detection platform filled a domestic gap in this field. Previously undertook or participated in nine national, provincial, and municipal research projects.

Presided over projects that won the Second and Third Prizes of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Selected as a Leading Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation of Zhejiang Province, a Health Innovation Talent of Zhejiang Province, and other similar distinctions.
