Title: Research and Application of Intelligent Testing for Traditional Chinese Medicine

Chief Inspector at Shenzhen Institute for Drug Control, Chief Pharmacist of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Senior Professional Title, Level 2), Member of the 12th National Pharmacopoeia Commission, Recipient of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Special Allowance, Shenzhen High-Level Professional Talent (Local Leading Talent), and Master’s Supervisor. Chairperson of the Digitalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Professional Committee under the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Member of the 9th Pharmaceutical Analysis Professional Committee under the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

His primary academic focuses include quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), quality and safety evaluation of TCM, and digitalization and intelligent research in TCM. He has led or participated in various research projects at different levels, including the National Major Project for New Drug Innovation, Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan Projects, and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Circle. By introducing artificial intelligence technologies into TCM quality control, he independently developed the “All-in-One Intelligent TCM Testing Robot (Alpha Test 1)” and the “Expert-Level Intelligent TCM Testing Robot (Alpha Test 2),” pioneering the initial establishment of “Smart Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratories” in China. He was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award of the 2022 Chinese Pharmaceutical Development Award.

Presentation Title: Analysis of Technological Development Trends in the Stem Cell Therapy Industry

Head of the Cell Technology Platform at the National Engineering Research Center for the Cell Industry, with over ten years of experience in the stem cell industry. Led the team to successfully complete Investigational New Drug (IND) applications for cell products. Published multiple academic papers as the first author in authoritative domestic and international journals, including *Stem Cell Research & Therapy*, and holds several granted invention patents.

Lecture Title: "Management Strategies and Challenges for Quality Control Laboratories in the New Landscape"

Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Chinese Materia Medica.1999–present, successively served as Director of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Business Division, and the Quality Management Division at the Shenzhen Institute for Drug Control.

In 2013, he/she was awarded the title of Chief Chinese Medicine Pharmacist.2016–2017, Visiting Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC).Currently serves as a Technical Assessor for the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and as a Senior Judge on the Shenzhen Professional Title Review Committee. Has led or participated in the completion of 10 national, provincial, and sub-provincial level research projects; independently completed the drafting and verification of 23 standards, including those for the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; the quality standard for Sanjiu Weitai Capsules drafted by him/her won the Shenzhen Science and Technology Award (Standard Award) in 2015; and the paper titled "Reliability Management of Electronic Data in Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratories" received the First Prize for Outstanding Papers at the 5th Academic Symposium on Good Laboratory Practice for Drug Testing of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

Title: Establishment of In Vitro Evaluation Methods for Poorly Soluble Drugs

Director of the Analytical Research Department at Sinopharm Zhijun (Shenzhen) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. With 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical development and research, he possesses profound expertise in drug quality research. He has overseen quality research for more than 40 drug products, the majority of which have received production approval.
