Recently,Xiushi Biopharma Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “XIUSHI”) announced that it has completed a Pre-A financing round of nearly RMB 100 million, led by Chuangjing Capital, with participation from Huatai Zijin (Jiangsu) Equity Investment Fund, Jinyu Maowu Investment Management, and Xiaofanzhuo Ventures.

 

The proceeds from this round of financing will be primarily used to further invest in the construction of the company’s proprietary innovative peptide biosynthesis technology platform and the R&D of its diversified pipeline, to complete and expand the construction of compliant peptide drug production lines, and to accelerate the commercialization of the company’s advantageous technologies and products both domestically and internationally.

 

G&G Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing, with support from Linglu Capital.
