Aeon Medical Completes Acquisition of Hawk Medical to Strengthen Infusion Therapy Portfolio

[Shenzhen, October 12, 2024] At the 90th China Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF), Beijing Aeonmed Co., Ltd. (“Aeonmed”) announced the completion of its acquisition of Shenzhen Hawk Optical Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd. (“Hawk Medical”). Through this transaction, Aeonmed has acquired a leading domestic portfolio of intravenous drug delivery products, further enriching its business mix in respiratory and anesthesia products.
