Global Healthcare Investment Company
On May 19, 2026 – Full-Life Technologies (“Full-Life” or the “Company”), a fully integrated, clinical-stage global radiotherapeutics company, announced the completion of over RMB 1 billion in financing, including approximately RMB 750 million in Series D equity financing and RMB 270 million in debt financing. The round was led by Vivo Capital, with participation from strategic partner SK Biopharmaceuticals, as well as Chengwei Capital, HSG, Junson Capital, Yunion Healthcare Ventures, Plaisance, Sky9, TSG Capital, and several other quality institutions.
The proceeds from this financing round will be used to advance the Company's clinical-stage pipeline, including the potential best-in-class prostate cancer therapeutic [225Ac]Ac-FL-020 and the potential first-in-class candidate [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 for multiple solid tumor indications. By the end of 2026, Full-Life expects to have three differentiated clinical-stage programs, all originating from its proprietary UniRDC™ discovery platform. In addition, the funds will support the initiation of GMP-grade actinium-225 (225Ac) isotope production at the Company's advanced manufacturing facility in Belgium. The ability to control isotope supply and production in-house represents a key strategic advantage for Full-Life as it accelerates clinical development of its radiotherapeutics.
Mr. Dong Hao, Managing Director of Vivo Capital, commented: "Full-Life is distinguished not only by its scientific vision but also by its proven ability to translate that vision into tangible clinical and operational milestones globally. We have been highly impressed by the Company's early-stage R&D productivity, the highly promising clinical data from its lead product candidates, and the rapid construction progress of its Belgian manufacturing facility. Leading this financing round reflects our conviction that Full-Life is transitioning from a platform innovator into a fully integrated radiotherapeutics company, and we look forward to supporting its next phase of value creation."
Ms. Wu Yixia, President and Chief Financial Officer of Full-Life, stated: "This financing underscores the significant value we have created over the past four years – transforming the Company from a platform builder into a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Leveraging the compelling clinical profile of our core product candidates and the rapid advancement of other pipeline programs, this funding will accelerate our transition into later-stage clinical development and ensure the full operational readiness of our Belgian GMP manufacturing facility to support global commercial supply of 225Ac."
