Figures A–C present quality control data for an oligonucleotide pool comprising 3,000 oligos, each with a synthesized length of 135 nt. The synthesized oligonucleotide pool was amplified and subsequently subjected to high-throughput sequencing analysis. A. Coverage abundance of the 3,000 sequences; B. Figure D shows quality control data for an oligonucleotide pool containing 2,700 oligos, each with a synthesized length of 140 nt, which exhibited high uniformity across different GC content regions after amplification.
