Tianjin Nankai Hecheng S&T Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 as a manufacturer of functional polymer resins with industry-leading R&D capabilities. The company currently offers a comprehensive product portfolio, including solid-phase synthesis carrier resins, adsorption resins, immobilized enzyme resins, hemoperfusion resins, ion exchange resins, and chromatographic separation resins. These products have been successfully applied in numerous fields, such as the solid-phase synthesis of peptide and small nucleic acid drugs, the separation and purification of peptides and proteins, and the semi-synthesis of antibiotic drugs, positioning the company as a core global supplier. Previously, Tianjin Nankai Hecheng secured investments from multiple institutions, including Honghui Fund, Sinochem Capital Venture Capital, Haihe Fund, BlueRun Ventures, CMB International Capital, Huajin Capital, and Bohai Chuangfu. Following this round of financing, the company will continue to leverage its foundation of efficient, stable, and high-quality large-scale production, while expanding its R&D and sales capabilities. Looking ahead, it aims to further consolidate and expand its presence in both domestic and international markets, striving to become a comprehensive leading enterprise in the global functional polymer resin sector.

SCGC Investment Team“The rapid expansion of the peptide drug market in recent years has created incremental opportunities for upstream raw material suppliers. Tianjin Nankai Hecheng S&T Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the field of core upstream materials for many years and is a leading enterprise in functional polymer resins with top-tier R&D capabilities. We are highly optimistic about Nankai Hecheng’s platform-based technology application capabilities and its ability to rapidly scale up supply. The recent surge in market volume driven by peptide drugs, along with its significant growth potential in future sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and new energy, underscores its promising outlook.”

Mr. Yang Hao, Founder and Managing Partner of BMD-Capitalstated: “In recent years, peptide drugs have achieved significant development and breakthroughs globally, becoming one of the most promising niche segments in the biopharmaceutical industry. We believe that Tianjin Nankai Hecheng S&T Co., Ltd., as a core raw material supplier for peptide drug synthesis, possesses strong technical capabilities and extensive experience in resin development. The company demonstrates robust industry competitiveness in both product quality and cost efficiency, while also holding a distinct advantage in its leading domestic and international capacity for large-scale product supply. BMD-Capital is honored to have assisted Tianjin Nankai Hecheng S&T Co., Ltd. in successfully completing this round of financing. We will work hand in hand with the enterprise to actively promote the development of new-quality productive forces.”

Previous-round investor BlueRun Ventures“It is stated that solid-phase synthesis is currently one of the mainstream production methods for peptides. Novel resins can enhance peptide production efficiency by providing higher amino acid coupling conversion rates. Meanwhile, their excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability can optimize reaction conditions, improve the purity of the resulting peptides, and ultimately elevate the quality of peptide drugs. Tianjin Nankai Hecheng S&T Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the field of functional polymers for decades and possesses top-tier R&D capabilities. As the peptide industry stands at a turning point driven by both supply and demand, we are optimistic about the development potential of Tianjin Nankai Hecheng.”
