On June 8, Everest Medicines announced that it had reached an agreement with CORXEL to acquireLNZ100(1.44% cevimeline, US brand name VIZZ)In Greater China(including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan)development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights.

According to the terms of the agreement, Everest Medicines is required to pay CORXELPayment of the upfront payment and development milestone paymentsEverest Medicines will assume the rights, interests, claims, duties, obligations, and liabilities under the license agreement and related ancillary agreements entered into by CORXEL in April 2022.

LNZ100 Developed by LENZ TherapeuticsAOnce-daily eye drops for the treatment of presbyopiaeye drops, whose main active ingredientAcclidineis a small-molecule muscarinic acetylcholine receptor（mAChR）Agonists can cause miosis, thereby producingto improve near visionPinhole Effect. Publicly available information indicates that the product takes effect rapidly within 30 minutes after administration and provides sustained improvement for 10 hours.

April 2022,CORXEL has licensed inLNZ100 Exclusive rights for development and commercialization in Greater China. July 2025,LNZ100 Approved in the United States and commercially launched in October of the same year. In September 2025,LNZ100 in ChinaSubmission of New Drug Application; approval expected in Q1 2027.
