Even when both parties share a strong relationship, this does not guarantee agreement on terms, as each side represents distinct interests and requires ongoing communication to mutually understand each other’s demands. Do not use ChatGPT to replace lawyers in reviewing legal issues.

Guest Perspective: China’s CGT industry is gaining momentum, advancing in lockstep with Europe and the United States. During this year’s JPM Week, numerous Chinese CGT companies engaged in exchanges to seek opportunities for NewCo formations and business development (BD), underscoring that global expansion has become a shared strategic imperative for the industry. On a global scale, nationality-based considerations regarding asset origins are gradually fading.
