Upholding Public Welfare and High Quality

Haikuo Tiancheng has always adhered to its public welfare mission, with all mentors and staff providing their services on a pro bono basis.

The event fee for this issue is 5,500 yuan.This fee will be used to cover the current period(6–7 months)Catering, transportation, necessary venue rental, production materials, and other related expenses required for the event to ensure its high-quality execution.Special Note: Invoices for event fees are available for reimbursement purposes, and corporate-to-corporate bank transfers are accepted.

Registration and Supervisor Selection

√ Basic Eligibility for Enrollment

The Phase V program is open to the entire biopharmaceutical community. Applicants must fully meet eligibility criteria 1–3, as well as one of criteria 4–6. Registration details are as follows:

1. Seek to rapidly enhance personal capabilities and proficiency;

2. Ensure at least two full days on weekends each month are available for participation in activities;

3. Strong self-motivation, diligent in thinking, and courageous in asking questions;

4. Relevant majors in biomedicine and more than three years of industry work experience;

5. Non-biomedical majors with more than five years of industry experience;

6. Or has already started a business;

√ Guide to Selecting a Mentor

Club Mentors are divided intoPreceptorandFlight Instructor。

PreceptorProvide regular one-on-one mentoring to selected participants, and share insights or offer guidance during offline and online events;

Flight InstructorWill share insights or provide guidance to participants in various offline and online events.

1) Each candidate may select up to two preferred mentors (who may be in different specialties) when registering;

2) Each mentor may supervise a maximum of two trainees, with selection based on interview performance;

3) Given the limited number of mentees per mentor and the intense competition, applicants are advised to carefully consider their strategy for selecting their first- and second-choice mentors.

√ Application and Interview Process

Trainee Registration Period:Student Registration Period:January 28 - March 2, applicants who have successfully registered and advanced to the interview stage will receive an email notification; if you are unclear about the details, you may register to attendEvening of February 18Online Information Session for Trainee Recruitment.

Interview Arrangement:Interviews will be conducted primarily online, with the schedule set forMarch 3 – April 15(In-person interviews may be arranged if conditions permit), to establish a preliminary mentor-mentee matching intent.

The interview process consists of four stages: 1) resume screening; 2) operations team interview; 3) mentor interview;4) Finalize the matching process; trainees must attend the offline launch ceremony to complete the final matching.(The launch ceremony will be held on April 19–20)。
