Recently, Beijing QBOSON Technology Co., Ltd. (“QBOSON”), a key player in the quantum computing industry chain, completed its Series A+ financing round. The round was led by the Beijing High-End and Precision Industry Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (the “High-End and Precision Industrialization Fund”), a municipal government guidance fund of Beijing managed by Beijing Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd.
QBOSON is the sole quantum computing company invested in by the Gaojingjian Shitihua Fund. This not only signifies the fund’s strong endorsement of QBOSON as a chain-leading enterprise in quantum computing, recognizing its strengths in team, strategy, technology, and achievements, but also concretely reflects Beijing Municipality’s high attention and robust support for hard-tech enterprises driving new quality productive forces, with quantum computing as a representative sector.

Beigong Investment is the private equity fund management platform under Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. It primarily manages two fund-of-funds: the Beijing High-Precision and Advanced Industry Development Fund and the Jingguosheng Fund, with a combined total scale of over RMB 40 billion. The High-Precision and Advanced Industrialization Fund was jointly established by the Beijing Government Investment Guidance Fund (Limited Partnership), Beijing Industrial Development Investment Management Co., Ltd., and other parties, under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology. The fund has a size of RMB 2 billion.
The High-Precision and Advanced Industrialization Fund, operating through a “parent-subsidiary fund + direct investment” model, prioritizes the implementation of major national and Beijing municipal strategies, promotes industrial chain integration, and supports Beijing in building distinctive, internationally competitive industrial clusters. This initiative aids the capital in achieving the “triple enhancement” of quality, energy, and scale in its high-precision and advanced industries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
