Amid the steady advancement of the Healthy China strategy, enterprises, as key units of the socio-economic landscape, find that their employees’ health not only pertains to individual well-being but also profoundly impacts corporate vitality and overall social progress. Recently, Ping An Healthcare, in collaboration with the Shanghai Science Popularization Volunteer Association, has launched the 2025 “Medical Journey for Health” National Health Literacy Enhancement Campaign—“Entering Enterprises in 100 Districts Across China with 100 Events.” By delivering health science lectures, specialized screenings, and free expert consultations directly within enterprises, the initiative aims to comprehensively and deeply improve employee health levels, help businesses build a solid foundation for health, and propel corporate health management to new heights.

Ping An Healthcare has long responded actively to the call for sustainable development and deeply implemented ESG principles. In April 2024, Ping An Healthcare officially joined the United Nations Global Compact, demonstrating its firm commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance to the international community. On October 7 of the same year, MSCI, a leading international index provider, upgraded Ping An Healthcare’s ESG rating from “A” to “AA,” placing it at the forefront of the healthcare equipment industry. This achievement not only recognizes Ping An Healthcare’s past efforts in driving industry progress and enhancing social well-being, but also reflects its innovative capabilities and industry leadership in ESG practices.


Ping An Healthcare has cultivated deep expertise in the medical and health sector over many years, accumulating substantial professional experience and building a robust O2O network that integrates offline clinics, online services, and enterprise/home-based care. By the end of 2024, it had served nearly 2,000 corporate clients. Through an integrated payment and service platform, Ping An Healthcare provides proactive health management services to employees, ensuring tangible health protection. This corporate outreach initiative represents another significant step by Ping An Healthcare in advancing its ESG and sustainable development commitments. Launched in 15 cities including Shanghai, Hefei, and Qingdao, the campaign is being rolled out nationwide with the aim of establishing a refined service network to deliver more convenient and efficient health services to enterprises.


It is reported that since January this year, the campaign has been gradually rolled out across China, reaching nearly 10,000 employees of medium and large-sized enterprises. In the preparatory phase, Ping An Healthcare conducted questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to accurately identify the health needs of both enterprises and their employees. On the day of the event, diverse online and offline health interactions were carried out simultaneously. Online, employees actively participated in activities such as health knowledge quizzes and live expert lectures. Offline, zones for health benefit exhibitions, health equipment testing, and health service experiences were collectively launched. A wide variety of engaging activities, including DIY interactions, professional therapeutic massages, health consultations, and specialized examinations, attracted extensive employee participation. After the event, employees generally regarded the content as rich and closely aligned with their actual needs, leading to increased attention to their personal health. The HR Director of a participating company stated, “The ‘Enterprise Visit’ campaign organized by Ping An offered highly comprehensive content. It helped companies provide more thorough and professional health management services to their employees, allowing them to tangibly feel the company’s warm care and contributing to the creation of a healthy and harmonious corporate environment.”
