Nanjing Chamlion Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chamlion Tech”) is riding the wave of digital transformation in the dental healthcare industry. With innovation-driven development at its core, the company has built a complete intelligent manufacturing ecosystem for dental prosthetics. Leveraging its technological innovation capabilities and comprehensive industry chain layout, Chamlion Tech is poised to reshape the future landscape of the global dental prosthetics industry.

From a macro-deconstruction perspective, global demand for oral health continues to rise, with the total number of teeth requiring treatment exceeding 10 billion, and the global denture market size reaching $34 billion. According to data from Chamlion Technology, amidst the global wave of digital transformation, the Chinese market demonstrates significant technological advantages—the penetration rate of 3D printing technology in China’s denture sector has reached 40%, far surpassing the 3–5% application level in European and American markets.

Leveraging its robust R&D team, Chamlion Technology has implemented a “One Body, Two Wings” strategic layout for vertical integration across the industry chain. Centered on the midstream manufacturing of core 3D printing equipment, the company has expanded upstream into raw material R&D and industrial software development, while extending downstream to cloud platform application services. This approach has successfully connected all segments of the 3D printing industry chain, establishing a comprehensive and systematic ecosystem for technological innovation.

In the fields of product R&D and technological innovation, Chamlion Technology possesses a range of equipment and products with independent intellectual property rights, covering the entire industrial chain of denture production, including raw materials, software, and equipment. Notably, the company’s self-developed Dentsky intelligent denture design software leverages a database of millions of samples and employs AI-driven recognition and design algorithms to achieve intelligent denture design, reducing the design time for a single framework to just 5–10 minutes. Additionally, its independently developed dental-specific selective laser melting (SLM) equipment (3D metal printer) features a breakthrough integrated suction, sieving, and powder delivery 3D printing system, which significantly enhances printing efficiency and safety. These major technological breakthroughs have earned Chamlion Technology more than 200 granted invention patents, solidifying the company’s leading technological position in the industry.

In terms of intelligent upgrading, Chamlion Technology has comprehensively reconstructed the traditional denture production process through digital technologies. The company pioneered the application of the Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model in the field of dental 3D printing by connecting 3D printers to the Internet of Things. It has established a large-scale distributed cloud manufacturing network for dentures globally, creating an integrated network that covers the entire workflow from data and design to manufacturing. This initiative has led to the development of the Chamlion Cloud Platform, a comprehensive digital intelligent manufacturing platform for the entire dental workflow. Denture laboratories simply submit production requests via the Chamlion Cloud Platform, after which the digital design team performs industrial CAD design and data processing online. The platform’s intelligent production scheduling system then allocates printing tasks to the optimal cloud factory for production. Finally, products are rapidly delivered to end-users through a smart logistics system, thereby achieving informatization, automation, and intelligence across the entire denture production process.

In terms of market expansion strategy, Chamlion Technology adopts a dual-drive model of "regional centralized manufacturing + global market layout." By establishing regional manufacturing centers with a service radius of 500–1,000 kilometers, the company has built a service network covering major economic regions across China. In its international layout, the company has strategically established digital centralized manufacturing bases in more than 30 countries, including the United States, Germany, France, Turkey, and Vietnam. Notably, the company has also appointed the former CEO of BEGO, a century-old German enterprise, to lead its overseas business expansion, demonstrating strong momentum in international development.

Furthermore, Chamlion Technology is firmly committed to a brand-driven development strategy. The company has successively launched high-end branded products, including YAKEMEI® Laser-Clad Titanium Frameworks, YAKEMEI® Ultra-Micro Clad Titanium Crowns, HENGXIAO® Ultra-Micro Clad Dentures, DIGIO® Customized Abutments, and All-on-4 Implant-Supported Bridges. Through these branded offerings, the company aims to break through industry involution, optimize its product portfolio, and strengthen competitive market barriers.

At the intersection of 3D printing technology and denture manufacturing, Chamlion Technology has not only built a technological ecosystem but also outlined a new blueprint for the digital transformation of oral healthcare. Through its “one body, two wings” full-industry-chain layout and the dual-drive strategy of “regional centralized manufacturing + global market deployment,” the company transforms the limitations of traditional processes into infinite possibilities for innovative development.

Digital transformation is not merely about technological iteration; it represents a comprehensive restructuring of the industrial value chain. Amidst the historic shift in denture manufacturing from "craftsmanship" to the "era of intelligent manufacturing," Chamlion Technology is contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to reshaping the "new geometry" of global oral healthcare through its Chinese denture brand.
