Shubeideng (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shubeideng”), a technology innovation enterprise in China’s oral health sector, is empowering a paradigm shift in oral healthcare services through AI-driven digital solutions. Leveraging its self-developed “Deep Large Model for Oral Healthcare,” the company has integrated intelligent pre-diagnosis, digital medical products, and smart healthcare systems, thereby establishing unique technological barriers and business models. Since its establishment in 2020, the company has partnered withOver 1,200Outpatient clinics establish partnerships, with annual sales to a single client reaching a record high1 million yuansignificant milestone, demonstrating strong market development potential.
Currently, the ecosystem of China’s oral healthcare industry exhibits an “iceberg structure” in the distribution of medical resources. The services provided by the visible cohort of over 355,000 dentists (as reported in the Health Yearbook) are unable to effectively cover or sustainably attend to the vast population of potential patients who have not yet entered the diagnosis and treatment system. This supply-demand imbalance has created a significant market gap. If this bottleneck can be overcome,Expected to drive 120 million untreated individuals to revisit dental clinics。
More importantly, the deficiencies of traditional oral health service models in preventive education, continuous monitoring, and timely intervention have created an urgent need for the industry to unlock value through technological innovation. This structural contradiction not only hinders the healthy development of the industry but also constrains the overall improvement of national oral health levels.

To address this industry pain point, Shubeideng has proposed the "AI-Driven Digital Oral Prevention Network" solution. At the core of this solution is the Dental Large Language Model (DLLM), a deep-learning model for oral healthcare built on AI technology, which leverages digital twin technology to achieve an "intelligent replication" of the existing oral healthcare workforce. Through this system, every user gains access to a dedicated oral health consultant available 24/7, enabling comprehensive digital coverage of health education, consultation and assessment, and health record analysis. This innovative model breaks through the temporal and spatial constraints of traditional medical services, providing users with more convenient and continuous health management services.
Shubeideng has established a complete innovation chain covering basic research, applied development, and clinical translation, relying on the systematic construction of its three-tier R&D architecture. The company andDalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of SciencesEstablish a strategic partnership,A total of 35 patents related to product R&D, including five granted invention patents, and has published research findings in top-tier international scientific journals. Since its establishment, Shubeideng has successively received numerous honors, such as Hangzhou Chuying Enterprise, Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and National High-tech Enterprise. Under the framework of open innovation, Shubeideng is gradually building a solid technological moat.

Based on a comprehensive product ecosystem, Shubeideng is simultaneously advancing a dual-service framework covering both clinical and home settings. In clinical scenarios, health education content and product information are integrated into three key areas: treatment rooms, waiting areas, and reception desks. In home settings, an intelligent assessment system centered on AI doctor agents provides personalized health recommendations and appointment scheduling services for users and their families, thereby establishing a holistic health promotion network. This multi-dimensional scenario coverage ensures that users receive continuous professional guidance across different environments, facilitating the precise penetration of professional medical resources into home health management.

It is worth noting that Shubeideng has outlined a clear three-step roadmap for building a comprehensive digital health promotion system: the first phase focuses on breakthroughs in the innovation of bio-friendly functional ingredients, establishing1,000 companiesCore Outpatient Collaboration Network; Phase II Plans to Expand to10,000 companiesOutpatient services: Focus on developing an intelligent network combining physician AI agents with outpatient SaaS, continuously optimize the online content generation and distribution system, and comprehensively enhance collaborative efficiency and user conversion rates; Phase III plans to achieve50,000 establishmentsExtensive outpatient coverage, with continuous strengthening of the business ecosystem integrating AI large models for proactive risk assessment and early warning systems with smart hardware, and establishment of a large model for epidemiological surveillance data. This gradual expansion strategy not only ensures robust business development but also accumulates rich experience for future scalable replication.
Driven by the phased release of strategic momentum, Shubeideng’s commercialization efficiency has demonstrated strong growth potential. According to its internal data, preliminary product testing in 2024 achieved phased results, with all key commercialization metrics showing positive trends. The company’s AI agent system is scheduled for official launch in May 2025. By 2028, it is projected to deploy 20,000 physician agents and achieve deep integration with 10,000 outpatient clinics, with annual revenue expected to exceed RMB 350 million while maintaining a stable net profit margin of 13%–15%.
Shubeideng’s commercial potential and sustainability stem from its deep talent pool and unique cross-disciplinary integration advantages. Mr. Yang Jian, the company’s founder, possesses extensive experience in stomatology, brand marketing, and digital technology, while the core R&D team comprises technical elites with rich practical expertise in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, distributed architecture, and security technologies. This cross-disciplinary innovation model, which organically combines medical expertise with advanced internet technologies, provides the company with a strong competitive edge for sustained development.
As an industry innovator, Shubeideng envisions building a globally leading digital oral health ecosystem. By leveraging a large-scale, deeply digitized, comprehensive health promotion network, it systematically enhances public awareness and behavioral habits regarding oral health, providing technological impetus for the continuous improvement of national oral health standards.
As oral health services shift from “passive treatment” to “proactive prevention,” and AI technology becomes deeply integrated into the core of healthcare delivery, how to truly extend dental medicine from clinical settings to every home-based health decision-making scenario will remain a key focus for ongoing industry exploration. Shubeideng’s practice of leveraging inclusive technology to break through the supply boundaries of medical resources may serve as a reference model for addressing the challenges of population-wide health management.
Looking ahead, as intelligent agents gradually assume the role of health gatekeepers, are we witnessing a historical inflection point in oral healthcare services—shifting from scarce supply to digital equity? The answer may well lie in the oral care habits quietly cultivated by digital gardeners.
