Recently, Bivision Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an innovative pharmaceutical enterprise focusing on the development of integrated targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) for visualized diagnosis and treatment, announced the completion of a Series B financing of nearly 400 million RMB. This financing round is co-led by Pudong Innovation Investment, ZJ Venture Investment and IDG Capital. Existing shareholder Gaorong Ventures continued to increase its investment, with participation from renowned institutions including Saleland Innovation, Songqing Capital, Ruihua Capital and Wuxi Capital Group. The proceeds from this round will be allocated to confirmatory clinical research of the company's core pipelines, technological platform iteration, and the accelerated advancement of differentiated innovative pipelines, while supporting the planning of a radiopharmaceutical R&D center.

As Bivision Pharmaceuticals' flagship solid tumor pipeline, JH02 exhibits prominent advantages in safety, therapeutic efficacy and simplified production processes. Compared with overseas similar products, JH02 is expected to realize domestic substitution and break market monopoly, providing patients with more cost-effective treatment options. JH04, the company's multi-tumor pipeline, possesses the potential of integrated diagnosis and treatment across multiple oncology indications. It can address a broader scope of unmet clinical needs and represents a key strategic layout of Bivision Pharmaceuticals in the pan-cancer treatment field. Currently, JH04 has initiated Phase I/II clinical studies, and promising early IIT clinical data underpins the development prospect of this pipeline. The company's other pipelines are also advancing steadily in R&D and clinical translation.
