2025 VENTURE50 Enterprise Selection Officially Launched: China's Premier Benchmark for High-Growth Investment Value
VENTURE50 Most Valuable Companies (hereinafter referred to as “V50”), established in 2006 by Zero2IPO Ventures (1945.HK), has become a bellwether for investment in China’s high-growth enterprises after nineteen years of dedicated development. Keeping pace with the wave of scientific and technological innovation, VENTURE50 leverages professional investment perspectives and a multidimensional value assessment system to witness numerous tech-driven companies achieve significant value leaps. On April 22, VENTURE50 2025 embarks on a new journey, marking its 20th anniversary!
Selection Criteria
Unlisted companies that have completed Series B financing or were established before 2022, seeking opportunities for follow-on financing, local market entry, and increased exposure.
Unlisted companies that have raised Series B or earlier funding rounds and were established after 2022, seeking financing, business opportunities, and accelerated growth.
Companies in specific sub-sectors that have been nominated for the New Sprout List/Top Influencers List and are not yet publicly listed in the current year.
Evaluation Cycle

Inviting frontline investors from over 100 renowned domestic investment institutions to conduct comprehensive evaluations of enterprises based on the assessment criteria.
Invite top domestic investment experts to serve as re-evaluation judges for comprehensive corporate reassessment.
Announcing the results of the “2025 VENTURE 50” Investment Value Enterprise rankings, including the Top List, the New Sprout List, and the sub-sector awards.
Past Achievements
As of December 2024, the event has cumulatively attracted over 79,000 participating enterprises, helping listed companies secure more than RMB 312.325 billion in financing, with a subsequent financing rate of 57.02% and an IPO rate of approximately 10.23%. It has discovered and witnessed countless outstanding startups grow from “sprouts” into “unicorns,” facilitating successful cases where venture capital support has driven industrial implementation and served the real economy.
