On May 13, 2025, construction commenced on the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project, located in the Neusoft Education Health and Medical Technology Park at the northern section of Shuma Road in the Dalian High-Tech Zone. As a key component of Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group’s integrated “Education, Healthcare, Elderly Care, Rehabilitation, and Tourism” ecosystem strategy, the hospital is slated to become an affiliated hospital of Dalian Neusoft University of Information. Chairman Liu Jiren Announces the Official Commencement of the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital Project, and joined the leaders and distinguished guests on stage in performing the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.

Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital is located in the northern section of Shuma Road, Dalian High-Tech Zone—within the core area of the Neusoft Education Health and Medical Technology Park. Together with Ruikang Cardiovascular Hospital, Ruikang Zhuomei Stomatological Hospital, and Ruikang Home Elderly Care Center, it forms a cluster of high-end medical and wellness complexes. Guided by the “patient-centered” philosophy of fifth-generation rehabilitation hospitals, the project innovatively constructs a multidisciplinary integrated modular healthcare system. Adopting a flat architectural layout, the hospital features unique “diagnosis-examination-treatment” integrated outpatient units and a three-tier rehabilitation ward system (ward–rehabilitation zone–comprehensive center). Through smart healthcare solutions, it achieves efficient resource allocation, minimizes patient movement, and optimizes the medical care process. The planned total gross floor area is 8,800 square meters, with 51 wards and 100 beds. Services cover multiple fields, including traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, psychological stress relief, cardiac rehabilitation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physical agent therapy, swallowing therapy, speech and cognitive therapy, physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and psychiatric rehabilitation. As an important component of the Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group ecosystem, the project will establish a multidisciplinary rehabilitation treatment center to provide personalized and efficient rehabilitation services for every patient. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
