Dalian Shuzhi Kangyang Industry Co., Ltd. Officially Launched to Drive High-Quality Development of Elderly Care Services and Industry in Dalian

On June 16, 2025, the founding ceremony of Dalian Digital Intelligence Health and Elderly Care Industry Co., Ltd. was held at Building D8 of Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group. Li Zigang, Party Secretary and Director of the Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau; Liu Jiren, Founder of Neusoft, Honorary Chairman of Neusoft Corporation, and Chairman of Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group; Cheng Li, Party Secretary and Chairman of Dalian Health and Elderly Care Group Co., Ltd.; and heads of relevant departments including the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Municipal Big Data Center, and the Municipal Healthcare Security Administration attended the unveiling ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Wang Xinghui, Vice President of Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group and President of Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology Company.

Dalian Digital Intelligence Health and Elderly Care Industry Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Dalian Health and Elderly Care Group, Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group, and Neusoft Corporation, with strong support from the Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Dalian Municipal People’s Government, and under the guidance and promotion of the Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau. The three parties have fully integrated their respective advantageous resources to jointly build and operate the “Dalian Smart Health and Elderly Care” service platform. Through the development of this platform, the company aims to achieve precise matching between the supply and demand of elderly care services and implement intelligent, full-process supervision of elderly care service delivery, thereby enhancing the convenience, precision, and digitalization of basic elderly care services and better meeting the high-quality elderly care needs of the aging population.

Cheng Li, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Dalian Kangyang Group, stated that the establishment of Dalian Digital Intelligence Health and Elderly Care Industry Co., Ltd. is a significant measure to implement the city’s key initiatives for the development of the health and elderly care industry in 2025. Leveraging its “One Network, One Pavilion, One Alliance” industrial layout, Kangyang Group will promote the construction and development of the city’s smart health and elderly care service platform. By integrating intelligent elderly care products, developing innovative rehabilitation technologies, and establishing a systematic elderly care service system, the Group aims to provide more convenient, considerate, and intelligent service experiences for the elderly and elderly care institutions across the city.
