Shenandoah Therapeutics is a company focused on developing innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer. The company is committed to providing patients with new treatment options through its unique scientific approach and advanced technology platforms.

Shenandoah Therapeutics boasts a professional R&D team and extensive research and development experience. Its two co-founders, Dr. Nathanael Gray and Dr. Gerald Crabtree, are both from Stanford University School of Medicine and have made significant contributions to the fields of rare diseases and oncology therapeutics. The company’s core technology, TCIP (transcriptional/epigenetic chemical inducers of proximity), leverages tumor-specific overexpression of tumor-suppressor molecules to reactivate apoptosis-related genes, thereby inducing cancer cell self-destruction, with drug potency reaching the picomolar (pM) level.

HLC stated, “Identifying source innovation has always been one of HLC’s key investment focuses. The founding team of Shenandoah Therapeutics boasts both strong academic credentials and a proven track record in biotech entrepreneurship, making it a rare and valuable combination. We hope that Shenandoah’s scientific achievements will be successfully translated into clinical applications, benefiting patients as soon as possible.”
