Live Webinar Tonight: Medical Large Models Driving Innovation in Traditional Chinese Medicine [Medical AI Large Model Series Session 5]

Jun 30, 2025 08:00 CST Updated 08:00

Currently, large medical models have entered a pragmatic phase of “value realization.” VCBeat is organizing an event themed around “Pragmatism.”Special Live Streaming Series on Large Medical Models. This eventThe event will be conducted in the form of a live-streamed roundtable discussion. Each session will invite 2–3 innovative enterprises, experts, and investment institutions from China’s medical large-model sector to engage in in-depth dialogue focused on a single large-model application scenario., to overcome implementation challenges, facilitate greater ecosystem collaboration and supply-demand matchmaking, and drive the high-quality development of large medical models.

The application of large language models (LLMs) in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is truly flourishing. From new drug development and patient triage to assisted diagnosis and treatment, as well as health management, dozens of TCM-specific LLMs have emerged in China. Alongside this proliferation across diverse scenarios, numerous challenges remain to be overcome. For instance, how can high-quality data be continuously acquired to further iterate and upgrade model capabilities and industry value? What distinct characteristics do consumer-facing (C-end) and business-facing (B-end) applications exhibit, and what respective challenges do they face? How should the effectiveness of TCM LLM applications be scientifically evaluated? What is the future path for the industry? And in which scenario will the next killer application emerge?

Based on this, from 19:00 to 19:45 on June 30, the fifth session of VCBeat’s Special Live Series on Medical Large Language Models will focus on the application scenario of Traditional Chinese Medicine, featuring invitations toGu Gaosheng, Founder and Chairman of Zhongyi Congbao; Wang Zeyuan, Founder and CEO of Lingxi Medical; and Lin Wei, Vice President of TransnThree guests attended the online roundtable discussion on “Large AI Models and Traditional Chinese Medicine,” discussingData Acquisition, Model Training, Application Innovation, Effectiveness Evaluation, and Future Development of Large Language Models in Traditional Chinese Medicineand other topics were discussed in depth.
