On June 24, Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group entered into a strategic partnership with WorldSkills International (WSI), becoming its Global Premium Partner (GPP). Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group thus became the first Chinese company in history to attain GPP status with WSI. Joining Samsung and Stanley Black & Decker as WSI’s Global Premium Partners, Neusoft will collaborate with GPPs and Global Industry Partners (GIPs) across China and worldwide to drive innovation in vocational skill standards, deepen talent development, and elevate competition standards globally. Leveraging the 2026 WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China, as a catalyst, the partners will jointly shape the future of skilled talent cultivation.

WorldSkills International, as the authoritative non-profit international organization for global skills development, competitions, education, promotion, and cooperation, has members from 89 countries and regions. The WorldSkills Competition is held every two years, bringing together top young skilled talents from around the world to compete. The competition not only showcases the highest skill standards in various industries but also leads the development of global vocational education and training.

In accordance with the cooperation agreement between the two parties, Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group will leverage its core strengths in China’s leading software innovation, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies to provide hardware and software technical support for four competition categories at the 2026 WorldSkills Competition: Software Applications Development (formerly Business Software Solutions), Software Testing, Digital Interactive Media Design, and Retail.

In April this year, a delegation from WorldSkills International, including CEO David Hoey, Director of Sponsorship and Partnerships Alexander Amiri, Skills Competitions Director Jane Stokie, and representatives from the Shanghai WorldSkills 2026 Executive Bureau (WSS2026), paid a visit. Through discussions, both parties reached a consensus on further deepening their cooperative relationship. David Hoey stated, “Through on-site visits and inspections, WorldSkills International recognizes Neusoft’s strengths in IT solutions, healthcare informatization, intelligent connected vehicles, and vocational education. We believe that Neusoft can provide a high-level competition platform, advanced assessment tools, and professional technical support for the competition, helping contestants showcase their exceptional skills.”
