NestoPure Protein Purification System

The new-generation NestoPure chromatography system integrates a sample loading pump and a pH valve, featuring a more compact design that significantly reduces flow path dead volume. The system offers an optional titanium alloy pump head, providing superior corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. Furthermore, the conductivity detector is equipped with a thermally insulated housing, effectively minimizing interference from external temperature fluctuations on conductivity measurements. When paired with the all-new NestoPure SC integrated sampling and collection unit, it enables continuous processing for multi-step chromatography.
The accompanying Unique CDSystem chromatography workstation offers comprehensive functionality and superior performance, integrating instrument control, method management, data analysis, standard curve generation, report editing, user permission management, audit trails, digital signatures, and network database capabilities. Unique AutoTFF075 is a flexible, automated benchtop tangential flow filtration system that can be paired with hollow fiber cartridges and flat-sheet cassettes for concentration, diafiltration (buffer exchange), purification, and clarification of biologics such as antibodies, recombinant proteins, mRNA, nucleic acids, and viral vectors. Its flexible configuration supports both manual operation and highly automated process control, and, combined with a comprehensive data logging system, it is suitable for small-scale process development, process scale-up studies, and small-batch sample preparation.
