DNBSEQ-G99 Gene Sequencer

Product Introduction:
The DNBSEQ-G99 is currently one of the fastest mid-to-low throughput sequencers available worldwide. Built upon MGI’s core DNBSEQ™ sequencing technology, the G99 features optimized and enhanced core systems, including biochemistry, fluidics, optics, and temperature control. With an integrated computing module that enables seamless integration of sequencing and bioinformatics, it can complete PE150 sequencing within 12 hours. The instrument is suitable for a variety of applications, such as tumor targeted sequencing with small sample sizes, small-scale whole-genome sequencing (WGS), low-coverage WGS, individual identification, and 16S metagenomic sequencing, delivering high-efficiency, high-quality data output. Combined with the new generation of StandardMPS 2.0 sequencing reagents, it successfully elevates sequencing quality to Q40 (referring to sequencing quality for PE150 and shorter read lengths).

The G100-ER is a nanopore gene sequencer featuring a dual-chip architecture that supports standalone operation and offers flexible throughput options. In addition to its superior performance characteristics—including ultra-long read lengths, real-time sequencing, and sustained continuous sequencing—the instrument effortlessly handles the challenges posed by complex sequences.
