In cell and gene therapy (In the field of cell and gene therapy (CGT), the efficient production of adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors has long been one of the industry’s key challenges. Traditional transfection reagents often encounter issues such as high costs and difficulties in process scale-up during large-scale manufacturing. However, UltraAAV Transfection Reagent offers innovative solutions to these problems by leveraging its unique technological advantages.

Yeasen's Independently Developed NovelUltraAAV Transfection Reagent, specifically developed for scalable production of recombinant AAV in suspension 293 cell lines, achieves unchanged viral yield with half the reagent dosage; furthermore, both viral yield and full-to-empty capsid ratio are significantly superior to those of Brand P transfection reagent.UltraAAV transfection reagent not only improves production efficiency but also reduces production costs, which is crucial for the future development of CGT drugs.
