Unlike traditional UV-Vis methods that rely on absolute absorbance values at a fixed pathlength, slope spectroscopy eliminates dependence on pathlength, offering biopharmaceutical customers a faster, more accurate, and highly reproducible UV-Vis concentration measurement method.
