Cell Factory
Fudao Cell Factories are manufactured using USP Class VI medical-grade polystyrene (PS) raw materials in a Grade C cleanroom under an ISO 13485 quality management system, ensuring reliable quality. A proprietary surface modification process significantly enhances hydrophilicity and cell adhesion. The fully automated production line, coupled with rigorous three-level sealing tests, guarantees 100% sealing integrity. Performance testing for each batch ensures product consistency and stability. Compatible with sealed tubing systems, they support connection to peristaltic pumps or pressure systems, facilitating liquid transport and harvest, making them ideal for large-scale cell culture.
High-Efficiency Shake Flask
High-efficiency shake flasks are manufactured using a one-step injection-stretch-blow molding process, ensuring excellent product sealing. Their extra-large breathable membrane significantly enhances gas exchange efficiency, facilitating high-density cell culture and high-yield production. The user-friendly bottle design features a rounded neck and an ergonomic handle for easy handling. Optional liquid transfer caps or customized caps are available to minimize the risk of exogenous cell contamination.
Serum Bottle
Crafted from PET/PETG materials, this container is specifically designed for the safe storage of pH-sensitive active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), buffers, culture media, and bulk intermediates. Its leak-proof cap and space-saving square design optimize storage efficiency while ensuring a secure seal. The bottle body is resistant to temperatures as low as -80°C and offers chemical corrosion resistance, providing safe and stable storage for various sensitive liquids.
