Among these, the company’s core product, the broad-spectrum AAV affinity chromatography media, is based on highly cross-linked agarose gel as the matrix. It utilizes nanobodies that specifically bind to AAV as affinity ligands, which are covalently coupled via flexible hydrophilic spacers (as shown in the figure). These nanobodies are camelid single-domain antibodies capable of efficiently binding to various AAV serotypes (AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, and AAV9).
