ncKnight® NK Expansion Factor Kit is a pure factor culture system independently developed by Shouning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for the expansion and culture of human natural killer (NK) cells. It enables highly efficient expansion of NK cells derived from human peripheral blood. Over a 13–15 day culture period, NK cells can be expanded 3,000–6,000-fold (calculated based on 10% NK cell content in PBMCs), with high purity (CD3-CD56+ expression rate exceeding 80%–95%).

NK Cell Expansion Kit (RP03030)

NK Cell Expansion Kit is a reagent kit designed for the expansion and culture of human natural killer (NK) cells. It is compatible with mainstream immune cell culture media, enabling efficient expansion of NK cells from various sources, such as peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood. NK cells can be expanded 6,000–10,000-fold within 11–13 days (calculated based on an initial NK cell proportion of 10% in PBMCs), achieving high purity with a CD3−CD56+ expression rate exceeding 95%.

NKVita Serum-Free Medium for Immune Cells

NKVita Serum-Free Medium for Immune Cells, independently developed by Shouning Biotechnology Co., Ltd., is designed for the expansion and culture of human natural killer (NK) cells. When used in conjunction with the Shouning Bio NK Expansion Kit (RP03030), it enables highly efficient expansion of NK cells derived from human peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood (achieving a 5,000–10,000-fold expansion after 14–15 days of culture, calculated based on an initial NK cell frequency of 10% in PBMCs). The resulting NK cells exhibit high purity, with a CD3-CD56+ expression rate exceeding 90%.

NK-MAX Purified Factor (SN-03-0050)

NK-MAX Purification Factor is a purification reagent used in the isolation process of fresh peripheral blood/umbilical cord blood (mononuclear cells). It can remove CD3+ cells from mononuclear cells after blood separation, increasing the proportion of CD3-CD56+ NK cells after expansion. When NK-MAX Purification Factor is used in combination with Shouning Biotech’s NK Expansion Kit (RP03030), the final expanded NK cells achieve extremely high purity (with a CD3-CD56+ expression rate exceeding 95%) and CD3+ cell content below 1%.
