Reshaping the "Digital Intelligence Health Ecosystem"

Analysys’s “Report on AI-Empowered Development of Healthcare” points out that China’s accelerating population aging and the rising trend of chronic diseases affecting younger demographics have increasingly highlighted structural shortages in high-quality medical resources. As health demands surge, healthcare professionals are facing growing workloads. According to the “Survey on Working Hours of Medical Personnel” released by authoritative media, 41.68% of healthcare workers report working more than 10 hours per day.

“Against this backdrop, we should all fully recognize that the healthcare services industry stands at a critical juncture for quality improvement and upgrading. The national guidelines on deeply implementing the ‘AI+’ initiative serve not only as a technological roadmap but also as a significant commitment to further enhancing the public’s sense of health-related gain and well-being.” At the conference, Dr. Xie Fangmin, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Fangzhou Pharmaceutical, emphasized that, as a company deeply rooted in chronic disease management, addressing pain points such as “uneven distribution of medical resources” and “long average service time per medical professional” has become the core starting point for Fangzhou Pharmaceutical’s AI technology research and development.

A robust set of data highlights the achievements of Fangzhou Pharmaceutical under its philosophy of “AI Empowerment, Innovation Accumulation”: As of June 30, 2025, the registered user base of its “AI+H2H” smart healthcare new ecosystem service platform reached 52.8 million, with 229,000 registered physicians onboarded. Monthly active users stood at a high of 11.9 million, ranking first in China for many consecutive years within the vertical medical sector. The scale of health insurance-related businesses grew rapidly quarter-on-quarter, while service quality achieved comprehensive improvements simultaneously.

AI technology has achieved significant results through its deep integration into business operations. Xie Fangmin stated, “‘AI + chronic disease management’ is not about showing off technical prowess; rather, it aims to address real problems and bring about tangible change. We are continuously strengthening the AI technological foundation to better engage in the wave of inclusive healthcare, ultimately benefiting more people.”

Xingshi Medical Large Language Model Officially Launched

At the conference, Fangzhou Pharmaceutical made a major announcement of its independently developed “Super Digital Brain” and “Powerful Intelligent Hub”—the Xingshi Medical Large Language Model.

The Xingshi Medical Large Model not only breaks through technical bottlenecks but also serves as the core engine driving the digital and intelligent upgrade of internet healthcare. It establishes a foundational capability system encompassing image and speech recognition, natural language understanding, and massive storage and reasoning of pharmaceutical knowledge. Leveraging its State-of-the-Art (SOTA) performance in the medical domain, it integrates five major agents—Knowledge, Triage, Pre-consultation, Physician, and Electronic Medical Records—into a “Digital Intelligence Service Team,” achieving full-chain closed-loop coverage for chronic disease management services.

Fangzhou Pharmaceutical has deeply cultivated the acquaintance-based doctor-patient model and, leveraging the Xingshi Medical Large Model as its technological foundation, has successfully developed “Five Core AI Products” serving three major ecosystems—doctors, patients, and industry partners: AI Medication Assistant, AI Health Manager, AI Doctor’s Assistant, AI Academic Assistant, and AI Search. These five core AI products break through the constraints of time and space as well as resource barriers, establishing a closed-loop AI service ecosystem spanning from physicians to patients via 24/7 multimodal interactions, thereby fully unleashing the value of “AI + chronic disease management” services.

As the first clinical decision support tool powered by licensed literature from the Chinese Medical Association’s database, the localized “OpenEvidence”—Xingshi AI Academic Assistant—also made its debut at the conference. It not only precisely addresses critical pain points in current clinical scenarios, such as the urgent need for decision-making support and inefficient access to professional medical information, but also provides Chinese physicians with efficient and reliable intelligent support by leveraging five core advantages: extensive coverage of authoritative licensed content, enhanced precision through model upgrades, verifiable and precise source tracing, superior immersive interactive experience, and real-time updates without latency.

Medical AI is a critical livelihood initiative for the next decade; only those who boldly stand at the forefront will define the future. At the launch ceremony, Fangzhou Pharmaceutical stated that it would continue to uphold an open and collaborative approach, working hand in hand with industry partners to deepen AI technological innovation and co-build the ecosystem. The company looks forward to welcoming more like-minded partners to join forces, leveraging AI as a new engine for development to turn the blueprint of “Digitally Initiating a Healthy Future” into reality.

Leading Forces Jointly Explore New Growth Curves for the Industry

AI empowerment extends beyond the user and physician ends. As policies such as volume-based procurement and national medical insurance negotiations are deepened, the traditional marketing model of the pharmaceutical industry faces challenges. Leveraging the core advantages of AI technology to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of traditional models has become a key strategy for industry growth.

Multiple industry-leading companies are exploring the use of AI tools to achieve “high-quality” digital and intelligent marketing.
