Vivacta Bio, a biotechnology company focused on pioneering in vivo CAR-T cell therapy, today announced the consecutive completion of its Series A and Series A+ financing rounds, with total proceeds exceeding USD 50 million. The two rounds were led by Loyal Valley Capital and Decheng Capital, respectively, with participation from OrbiMed, Hankang Capital, Eisai Innovation Inc., C&D Emerging Industry Equity Investment, as well as existing shareholders Qiming Venture Partners, Shunxi Capital, and Apricot Capital, among other well-known investment institutions.
The investors participating in Vivacta Bio's financing include industrial capital and biotech specialist investors from around the world, whose recognition fully demonstrates the development potential of Vivacta Bio's innovative technology and will provide strong momentum for the company to accelerate clinical advancement and global expansion.

The proceeds from this financing round will be primarily used to advance clinical trials and regulatory filing of Vivacta Bio's core product GT801, as well as to expand the R&D team and platform development, accelerating Vivacta Bio's global expansion in the field of in vivo CAR-T therapy. Preliminary human data for Vivacta Bio's core program GT801 were recently presented as an oral presentation at the 2025 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting (ASH 2025) in December 2025. Following the completion of the Series A+ round, Mr. Xie Ronggang, nominated by Loyal Valley Capital, and a partner nominated by Decheng Capital have joined Vivacta Bio's board of directors.
