I. Social Recruitment
[Requirements]
1. Master’s degree or higher.
2. Recruitment Focus: Innovative drugs, medical devices, consumer healthcare, traditional Chinese medicine, etc. Candidates should have work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (such as in medical device companies, innovative drug enterprises, or hospitals) or experience in pharmaceutical research and investment (covering primary/secondary markets, investment banking, or buy-side/sell-side roles).
II. Recruitment of Fresh Graduates and Interns (Outstanding Performers May Be Offered Permanent Positions)
[Requirements]
1. Current students pursuing a master’s degree or higher, graduating in 2026 or later: We are recruiting interns with combined backgrounds in medicine and finance, as well as those with pure medical backgrounds; exceptionally qualified candidates with economics and finance backgrounds will also be considered. Candidates graduating in 2026 must have prior internship experience in sell-side research within the headcount.
2. Must be available for internship at least three days per week; outstanding performance may lead to an evaluation for potential full-time employment.
