In terms of permissions and management, the software defines three exclusive roles—administrator, physician, and patient—with a clear hierarchy.Administrators can coordinate healthcare provider and patient information, while physicians can independently manage their assigned patients, ensuring clear delineation of responsibilities and authority.

The system is equipped with comprehensive operation and maintenance functions, supporting data backup and recovery, online and offline version updates, and abnormal log viewing.
