On November 27, 2025, the unveiling ceremony of Xin Kanghua Biologics and the Ecological Cooperation Conference were held in Chengdu, marking the completion of the acquisition of controlling interest in Kanghua Biologics (Stock Code: 300841.SZ) by the Shanghai Biopharmaceutical M&A Fund through Wankexin Biologics.

At the meeting, Wang Zhentao, Vice Chairman of Xinkanghua Biotech, pointed out in his welcome address that Xinkanghua Biotech needs to introduce fresh blood to promote development. He pointed out that China’s vaccine industry is facing development opportunities, with the policy environment gradually improving.
